What steps should I follow to link my Clinic's HPI-O with Prime Script Pad’s CSP?
Overview
Prior to an individual prescriber's usage of Prime Script Pad, it's advisable to onboard their clinic. There are two prerequisites to facilitate your clinic's onboarding in Prime Script Pad:
Introduction
- Share your clinic's HPI-O number with Prime Script Pad, if not already provided.
- Establish the link between your clinic's HPI-O number and Prime Script Pad’s Contracted Service Provider (CSP) number within the Healthcare Identifiers Service.

Linking Your Clinic to the Prime Script Pad CSP
Step 1: Confirm Your Role
Confirm whether you hold the role of RO (Responsible Officer) or OMO (Organisation Maintenance Officer) within your clinic. If you hold either role, proceed to step 3.

Step 2: Coordinate with Your RO/OMO
Kindly get in touch with your clinic's RO or OMO and request them to log in to the clinic's PRODA account. We are ready to assist your RO and OMO throughout this process.
Step 3: Access PRODA
Use the following link to access the PRODA login
Step 4: Accessing Healthcare Identifiers

Click on “Go to Service" located within Health Professional Online Services (HPOS).

After logging into PRODA, choose 'My Programs'.

Select 'Healthcare Identifiers and My Health Record'.

Further select ’Healthcare Identifiers - Manage existing Records’.
Step 5: Add CSP number of Prime Script Pad

Click Your Organization Name.

Click My Organization Details.

Select Select ‘CSP Links’.

Click ’Manage CSP links’.

Click on 'Add' and input the specified CSP registration number for Prime Script Pad 123456789. Then, proceed by clicking 'Submit' and subsequently 'Confirm'.
