How do I find my HPI-O?
This serves as an instructional guide outlining the process to locate your HPI-O using HPOS.
Utilize the Health Professional Online Services (HPOS) to search for a healthcare provider organization within the HI Service.
Log in to your PRODA account to access HPOS , then:

Select My programs.

Select Healthcare Identifiers and My Health Record.

Select Healthcare Identifiers - Manage existing Records.

Select Search HI provider directory service for organisation.

Enter the organisation’s name, state and country, then select search.

If the organisation doesn’t come up select Refine search and enter other information you may know.
